We Dwarves of the Lead Mountains bid you welcome!

Gather round my friends and listen to our song

When dwarven warriors went to war,
To fight for king and hold,
For honour, fame and glory,
But mostly just for gold.
They fought the green and scaly breeds,
Orcs and trolls and skaven hordes,
Treasure hunting elves or men,
Kissed dwarven axes, dwarven swords.
Ogres, dragons, monstrous scum
Massed chaotic armies stumbled,
Ranks of armoured knights charged blindly,
Till at the feet of dwarves were humbled.
Sometimes when the beer filled heads,
Or tales of mithril lit their eyes,
They'd wander off to distant lands,
Adventures under different skies.
Their kinfolk mourned their loss, you see,
And made a vow, an oath of stone,
To find their brethren one and all,
To search them out, to bring them home,
